I’m a mama to two children whose sleep has never fit the “sleep charts,” so I know how exhausting, confusing, and overwhelming it can feel when your baby’s sleep doesn’t look like everyone else’s. The nights feel endless, the advice contradictory, and the pressure from well-meaning friends, family, and books can feel impossible to follow. 

When my son was born, he often woke 10 times a night! It was isolating and exhausting, and I worried I was failing as a mother. I didn’t want to use non-responsive sleep training methods, so I immersed myself in sleep science, learning how to support him without compromising my values. By 16 months, I realised he genuinely had low sleep needs. Once I stopped fighting his biology, his sleep improved dramatically, and by two, he finally slept through the night.

When our second baby arrived, I was armed with knowledge and tools. She, too, had low sleep needs, but this time, we navigated sleep gently and responsively from the start. The difference was night and day.

Now, as a gentle and holistic infant sleep coach, I help families navigate sleep challenges without using non-responsive methods. I provide parents with the knowledge, reassurance, and practical strategies they need - so better sleep is possible while maintaining connection, responsiveness, and your values. I specialise in supporting children aged 5 months to 5 years, particularly those whose sleep doesn’t fit the typical sleep charts.
