FAQ's
I support babies and children aged 5 months to 5 years, particularly those whose sleep doesn’t fit the typical “sleep charts” & children with low sleep needs. This includes children who experience:
Frequent night waking
Early rising
Bedtime battles or difficulty settling
Split nights or irregular sleep patterns
No. I work with gentle, responsive approaches that respect your child’s natural sleep needs. Connection, responsiveness, and your family’s values are always prioritised.
I will never ask you to leave your child to cry for a set period of time or recommend behavioural techniques to encourage ‘self-settling’.
I believe sleep isn’t something that can be taught.
Every child is different. Some families notice improvements within a few nights, while others take a few weeks. I guide you with realistic expectations and personalised strategies.
Yes! I specialise in children who naturally sleep less than the average. I help families work with their child’s biology rather than against it, so sleep improves without stress.
Not unless you’d like to, or if your little one is under 6 months old. My approach is flexible and tailored to your family’s routine and parenting choices.
Yes! I can guide you with gentle night weaning strategies, but only for children 12 months and older. My approach is responsive and gradual, ensuring your child’s needs are always respected while helping your family get more restful nights.
I can provide guidance in many situations, but I always recommend checking with a registered healthcare provider first to rule out any underlying medical concerns. I can also help signpost you to the right professional for the support you need.
I have the highest qualification you can do - a level 6 certification completed with Lyndsey Hookway's Holistic Sleep Coaching programme.
